Our jams and syrups are made from the fruit we grow on our farm. We do not purchase fruit from the stores or from any other sources. You can see by visiting our farm, the pride we take in providing a complete chain of control from the planting, care, and final handling of all our products. We only use natural ingredients such as the fruit, American raised natural cane sugar, natural fruit pectin, and lemon juice (citric acid).
We do NOT use any corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or any other modifiers. Our fruit is picked during the peak of ripeness. We only use the top quality fruit in all of our products. Since it is on our farm, we have complete control over the entire process, which insures harvesting and processing by the most hygienic and sanitary means possible. This provides our customers with only top quality products.
We ship jams in either medium or large USPS priority flat rate boxes.
We are the only DEC approved and licensed facility for jam, jellies, and syrups in the state of Alaska that grows all its own fruit.
