Terms & Conditions

If it is your first time shopping with us, you will be directed to registration.  The next time you visit our store, you will only have to login. 

Once you have registered, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure site where you can either pay by credit card or PayPal.  The default screen option is PayPal, however, you will be able to pay by credit card. Here are some screenshots to help guide you.

PayPal and our store are protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.  If you prefer to pay by check or cash, submit your order through email and we will coordinate a time for payment.   

Remember, we DO NOT ship plants or fresh fruit.  There are no refunds on bareroot strawberry or bareroot raspberry plants if you fail to pick them up at the scheduled time. 

Refunds will be charged applicable service fees.  Customer cancellation on plants within 30 days of schedule pickup date, will be charged a 25% restocking fee and any service charges that may apply.
