Dear Alaska Berries subscribers,

First of all I want to wish everyone a happy new year. We hope that 2012 will be a good year for everyone. We are definitely in the midst of winter. I just cannot imagine what it must be like in Cordova or Valdez. I have been removing snow from our greenhouses and high tunnels and realize that we still have several months to go. Hope the back holds out. We lost our tomato greenhouse due to the high winds and snow load so unfortunately we will not be selling tomatoes this season.

We created a new website and wanted to let our customers know. We also have created an online store and hope that it will make things easier for our customers. We would appreciate any feedback, both good and bad, on the new sites. I still have to add a section on the website on plant care. This should be finished by the end of this month.
